Create a new page by clicking on pages options from blogger dashboard, click on plus option ( + ), then click on pen icon under blog title and click on Html option.

Paste the code and save it. And after viewing the preview, give the post Title and once the settings of your post are done, the post should be published in Html. And then copy the link of the page and paste it to your desired place in your blog website and publish it.
